位在台北市與新北市交界的「南港彈藥庫」雖是廢棄營區，但卻遭爆料指出，行政庫房裡還有大批尚未銷毀的文件，其中包括，官兵驗尿狀況表、油料補給表等後勤資料，萬一遭有心人士利用，等於是免費送敵人情報。

國軍機密資料外洩？根據《蘋果日報》報導，有爆料者說，南港彈藥庫的行政區庫房裡，大部分的房間都被不明人士侵入過，其中一間房內還堆滿公文，甚至還有著名「水銷」的機密文件，顯示國防部處理機密文件不夠落實，國軍北部補給資訊可能有外洩疑慮，造成國安受到影響。

南港彈藥庫曾是北部最大的彈藥庫，但自從2009年清空庫儲彈藥後，就成為廢棄營區，大部分庫房都無人看管，目前只剩約10幾個較容易管制的彈藥庫仍在使用，有4名有士兵駐守管理。

對此，6軍團政戰主任謝明德少將表示，軍方獲報後已前往勘察，查證後判斷這些文件應是2012年聯勤司令部裁撤時所留置，內容大多是過期經補憑證及尿液篩檢名冊。

至於註明「水銷」公文部分，謝明德則強調，如果真的有機密資料，會進一步釐清相關人員責任；將要求單位限時完成庫房清理，同時針對維安管理人員加強教育優惠住宿，檢討疏失責任。
